The Washington DC Chapter is the Premier Hispanic Organization in the nation’s capital.
With over 450 members and a network of over 500 supporters, we are the fifth largest of the 32 chapters of NSHMBA nationwide.

We strive to make an immediate impact on the development and visibility of Hispanic professionals, MBAs, and students in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.

We capitalize on our location-a crossroad of private, public and government sectors-to create opportunities aimed at increasing the recruitment, leadership development, and promotion of Hispanic professionals and entrepreneurs in our region.

Who We Are-NSHMBA

The National Society of Hispanic MBAs (NSHMBA) was created in 1988. Widely known as the "Premier Hispanic Organization," NSHMBA serves 32 chapters and 8,000 members in the U.S. and Puerto Rico. It exists to foster Hispanic leadership through graduate management education and professional development. NSHMBA works to prepare Hispanics for leadership positions throughout the U.S., so that they can provide the cultural awareness and sensitivity vital in the management of the nation's diverse workforce.

Strategy and Organization Consultants
-       BA or BS degree in technical field, MBA required
 
Organizational Efficiency & Process Management Consultants
-       BA or BS degree in a technical field, MBA required
-       Experience with project management, process management (PMP, Six Sigma certification helpful, not required)
-       Previous consulting experience preferred  (Public or Private Sector)
