Known as one of the best academic institutions in the world, Chicago Booth believes in the power of ideas and addresses it in four distinct ways – through a discipline-based approach, flexibility, diversity, and support. Each year, NSHMBA Fellowships are awarded to students in the full time MBA program of Hispanic heritage or with demonstrated commitment to the Hispanic community. The recipient must be a United States citizen or a legal resident. The scholarship provides $30,000 towards tuition each year for two years. Students must have a minimum grade point average of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale (or the equivalent) from either a bachelor’s or master’s degree program. The student must take an active role participating in the Chicago Booth community helping to support diversity and cultural awareness to other students interested in Chicago Booth and foster Hispanic leadership through graduate management education and professional development. The fellowship includes mentoring and direct connection with the local NSHMBA chapter.
