Earlier this year, NSHMBA CEO Manny Gonzalez declared "2012, Year of Innovation.” In that spirit, The Isenberg School of Management at UMASS, Amherst is excited to announce its new partnership with NSHMBA. By participating in the University Partnership Program, the Isenberg MBA hopes to support aspiring Hispanic MBAs by granting a graduate assistantship named after the partnership. The two-year assistantship, valued at an estimated $32,700, will be awarded to an outstanding US candidate, with a GPA of 3.0 or higher. Only candidates enrolling in the Isenberg Full-Time MBA Program are eligible.

The Isenberg Full-Time MBA is a rigorous two-year residency program designed for individuals who want an on-campus experience and desire to specialize in a specific area of business.  The first year is focused on core business curriculum while the second year provides the freedom to pursue elective courses within a particular area of interest.

Available Funding: The Isenberg School of Management Full-Time MBA/NSHMBA Graduate Assistantship

Funding Type: This assistantship covers tutition and the curriculum fee. It also provides an annual stipend of approximately $7,700. Assistanship is valid for the full-time MBA only (Dual Degree Programs not eligible).

Application Deadline: First Round Deadline: Feb. 1; Second Round Deadline: April 1

Special Instructions: In addition to the Personal Statement, applicant should write a short statement about his/her contributions to the Hispanic community and how an MBA could help

This information will be used to request an application to the institution's scholarship, fellowship, or assistantship program. This information may arrive to you either by regular mail or email. Each institution will also include admission materials for their respective institution.
