| The annual conference is huge, and growing larger each year! Interested in giving a little of your time for a lot of discounts to the conference and its events? Become a volunteer. This is reserved for our members, so take a few minutes to join then complete the volunteer profile and we’ll do the rest.
Once we compile all of the opportunities available to our volunteers, we’ll contact them with more details. Remember, the more hours you commit, the larger the opportunities. So if you’re in it to win it, you could volunteer yourself into the Career Expo for only $50 – all for just some of your time! To apply for volunteering opportunities please complete the assessment. All conference registrations are final. Any changes to current registrations are subject to Admin Fees & Cancellation Fees.
Cancellations:
Requests for cancellations will be refunded
100% on registration and separately purchased meal tickets, less a $25 processing
fee when the request is received via email on or before August 28, 2012.
Requests for cancellations will be
refunded 50% on registration and 100% on separately purchased meal tickets,
less a $25 processing fee when the request is received via email on or before September 15, 2012.
No refunds will be given for cancellations
on registration or separately purchased meal tickets received between September 16 and the date of the
event. No cancellations will be accepted
over the phone, and no refunds will be given for "no shows."
EARLY BIRD: Register by August 28, 2012 in order to receive the Early Bird pricing. Memberships must be purchased at www.nshmba.org/membership In order to post your resume and
apply for jobs, you will need a profile on the NektPro job site. All NSHMBA Conference &
Career Expo jobs will be posted on NektPro.
