Described as a "Highly motivated leader,” Julio Rocha’s
passion for entrepreneurship and volunteerism is evidenced by 13 years of
experience as a financial advisor and community leader.
Founder of Rocha Financial Group, LLC, in Orlando, Fla.,
Julio uses his business development, sales, and investment know-how through
leadership positions at several community and national organizations.
Julio was born in New York City – raised in the South Bronx.
At the age of fifteen Julio and his family moved to Ecuador where he completed
his high school education in the San Jose La Salle of Guayaquil, Ecuador. After
graduating, Julio moved to Florida to continue his college education. He holds
a BA with a concentration in Behavioral Science, an Advance Management and Financial
Planning Certificate from the University of Central Florida and an MBA from
Rollins College (Crummer Graduate School of Business) with a concentration in
Julio’s involvement with the National Society of Hispanic
MBAS (NSHMBA) started in 2006, he has served as chapter officer, chapter
President, advisor to NSHMBA CEO, and now as a National Board of Director.
NSHMBA has recognized his work for the organization by awarding Julio with the
Distinguished Leader Award and Life Time Membership (2011), Rising Star (Summer
2012) and the Brillante Award for Volunteer Excellence (2012).
Most importantly, Julio is married to Yasmin and together
they have two kids – Eva and Lucas.
