Judith Garcia Galiana

Judith Garcia is an executive in 3M with 30 years of experience as a leader in different businesses and international markets. Currently she is the Global Vice President for Change Management in 3M, where she supports the global transformation of the company into a more simplified and standardized one.
Prior to this role, she was the Global Vice President of the Home Care (Scotch- Brite) and Professional Cleaning Divisions, leading worldwide teams of sales, marketing, laboratory and manufacturing professionals with operations in every country in North and South America, Europe and Asia.
Before moving to the 3M Global headquarters in Minnesota, she spent many years leading several industrial businesses for Europe, Middle East and Africa, including the position of Managing Director of 3M Turkey and the Six Sigma Director for the Area.
Her initial position in the company was process engineer in the Rivas manufacturing plant in Madrid, Spain, and from there she moved to different jobs of increasing responsibility in technical support, sales and marketing. In 1997, she became the first woman ever in the Operating Committee of 3M Iberia.
Judith holds an MBA from the IESE-Universidad de Navarra and a M.S in Mechanical Engineering from the ETSIIM - Polytechnic University of Madrid, Spain. Born in Madrid, she has lived in Milan, Brussels, London, Istanbul and currently in Saint Paul, Minnesota. She is fluent in Spanish, English and French.
Known for her energetic, proactive and inclusive style, she is also the Executive sponsor of the Latino Resource Network in 3M that includes 400+ employees of Hispanic/Latino origin and serves in the Boards of the Saint Paul Chamber Orchestra and the 3M Foundation.
An avid skier like her husband Alberto, they both share a passion for classical music, opera and art.
