Code of Business Conduct , Ethics & Bylaws

1. This Code of Ethics and Business Conduct applies to the National Society of Hispanic
MBA's and its Chapters (collectively, "NSHMBA").

Ethics are important to NSHMBA and its members, directors, officer, employees and colleges, universities, individuals and corporations (customers) doing business with NSHMBA. NSHMBA is committed to the highest ethical standards and to conducting its business with the highest level of integrity. To do so, NSHMBA expects the highest possible ethical conduct from its directors, principal executive office, senior management, senior financial officers and all employees and members of NSHMBA.

To be officially recognized as an Officer, Leader, or Staff Member of The National Society of
Hispanic MBAs it is required to complete the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct each year.
This annual process needs to be completed to recognize your status and provide access to
resources, reimbursements and possible travel to National Events.

2. As an officer of NSHMBA you must read and familiarize your self with the Bylaws. Before completing the questionnaire below, please read the Bylaws.
