Once we compile all of the opportunities available to our volunteers, we’ll contact them with more details. Remember, the more hours you commit, the larger the opportunities. So if you’re in it to win it, you could volunteer yourself into the Career Expo for only $50 – all for just some of your time!

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Requests for cancellations will be refunded 100% on registration and separately purchased meal tickets, less a $25 processing fee when the request is received via email on or before August 28, 2013.

Requests for cancellations will be refunded 50% on registration and 100% on separately purchased meal tickets, less a $25 processing fee when the request is received via email on or before September 15, 2013.

NO refunds will be given for cancellations on registration or separately purchased meal tickets received between September 16 and the date of the event. No cancellations will be accepted over the phone, and no refunds will be given for "no shows".

All cancellations must be emailed to membership@nshmba.org. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the request is received. All registrations on or after October 3, 2013 must take place on-site and are subject to onsite pricing.

All conference registrations are final. All discounts must be applied at the time of registration. Any changes are subject to Admin Fees. Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts.
