In keeping with NSHMBA’s mission to increase the number of Hispanics with graduate degrees, the Education for Success program is building the foundation for the future, and it begins at the high school level, building a network of Hispanic high school students, and encouraging them to pursue a college education.
This program features collaboration with local non profits who work with high school students between the ages of 13 to 18. |
The students have an opportunity to complete a pre-training session on a university’s campus, where they are introduced to current undergraduate students, admissions counselors, and financial aid advisors.

Witness the launch of the NSHMBA Ignite Program! Hispanic undergraduate juniors and seniors from Florida colleges and universities will be selected from submitted resumes to attend special sessions designed to prepare them to find that critical first job. The program will also engage students on the benefits of pursuing and preparing for an MBA.|
