Requests for cancellations will be refunded 100% on registration and separately purchased meal tickets, less a $25 processing fee when the request is received via email on or before July 28, 2014.
Requests for cancellations will be refunded 50% on registration and 100% on separately purchased meal tickets, less a $25 processing fee when the request is received via email on or before August 25, 2014.
NO refunds will be given for cancellations on registration or separately purchased meal tickets received between August 26 and the date of the event. No cancellations will be accepted over the phone, and no refunds will be given for "no shows".
All cancellations must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the request is received. All registrations on or after September 24, 2014 must take place on-site and are subject to onsite pricing.
