The Hispanic Scholarship Fund (HSF), in partnership with ALPFA, CHCCLI, NSHMBA & USC LAA are pleased to invite you to attend the inaugural "Unity & Partnership" Networking Reception, sponsored by Wells Fargo. The reception will be a great way to learn more about opportunities that local professional organizations offer, 2012 events for your calendar, and ways to get involved with HSF's Generation 1st Degree movement to put a college degree in every Latino household. We are excited to be joined by Vincent Cordero, Executive Vice President & General Manager atFOX Deportes, and recent inductee into the HSF Alumni Hall of Fame. Mr. Cordero who will speak about his professional career, and the impact that scholarships and education have had on his life.

Do you know a college sophomore or junior? Share this opportunity! Dear NSHMBA Members,
Nestlé USA has launched the application for the 4th Annual Nestlé USA Leadership Symposium for Diverse Leaders of Tomorrow. This is a four-day intensive business program where students hear first-hand from the Nestlé USA executive leadership team. Designed for undergraduate minority students interested in a career in business who hold a leadership position on or off campus. Applicants should demonstrate strong leadership skills and even greater leadership potential.
Thirty students will be selected for this invaluable opportunity to partake in a customized leadership development course and utilize their leadership skills in a community outreach event, while building their network of peers from colleges and universities across the nation. The symposium will take place March 21 – 25, 2012, at the Nestlé USA Headquarters in Glendale, CA. All reasonable travel and accommodations will be paid by Nestlé USA.
