Welcome

Los Angeles Celebrates its 20th Year as the Founding Chapter of NSHMBA!

As we celebrate the Los Angeles Chapter’s 20th Anniversary as the founding chapter of NSHMBA, I’m thrilled at the opportunity to serve our members with the utmost commitment alongside my counterparts Elisa Valenzuela in Orange County and Bridget Mendez in San Diego.

I recognize that 2009 will be a challenging year for all, but we will work to also make it an exciting year of continuing development, enhancement and growth for the LA Chapter and its members. In this spirit, we will work diligently to create a calendar of events and activities that will deliver on NSHMBA’s Mission of promoting education, professional development, leadership development and research.
