The programming for this event is designed to promote a creative dialogue among a diverse group of leaders and share best practices in managing high demand organizations as well as offer opportunities for attendees to grow professionally. For Part 2 of the ELP, NSHMBA DC has partnered up with Bloomberg BNA, Capital One, Freddie Mac and two of our Federal Government Partners to share their leadership styles among a diverse workforce.

Parking: PMI Public Parking Garage available on 18th Street (1 block from the Crystal City Metro). Free after 4:00 pm on weekdays. Executive Summary

 

The National Society of Hispanic MBAs (NSHMBA) Washington DC Chapter is holding one of their signature events, the Executive Leadership Program (ELP).  The 2015 ELP event will focus on Executive Leadership Skills in the different sectors and how various leadership styles can significantly impact those around you.  This year the Executive Leadership Program (ELP) will consist of Part I & Part II. Part I of the ELP will entail an executive level keynote speaker and one workshop.  And Part II of the ELP event will involve an executive level keynote speaker and a panel of executive level speakers from various industries.

 

The programming for this event is designed to promote a creative dialogue among a diverse group of leaders and share best practices in managing high demand organizations as well as offer opportunities for attendees to grow professionally. NSHMBA DC has also partnered up with Vanguard who will facilitate an Executive branding workshop during Part 1 of the ELP. For Part 2 of the ELP, NSHMBA DC has partnered up with Bloomberg BNA, Capital One, Freddie Mac and two of our Federal Government Partners to share their leadership styles among a diverse workforce.

Develop the tools needed to create your own executive framework by understanding various leadership styles that will make a significant impact on those around you. Discover ways to motivate others and how to build an adaptive team and organization. Awaken your entrepreneurial spirit and get advice from experts on gaining a renewed appreciation of your own potential. The Executive Leadership Program (ELP) is designed to promote a creative dialogue among a diverse group of leaders in various sectors and share best practices in managing large organizations and learning to being your own boss to navigating your own career.
