Workshop Description:

One of the best ways to increase income is through salary negotiations, either when at first offered the job or during a performance review. It may be uncomfortable, but it's extremely important. This workshop will educate attendees on the various components of an employment offer (base salary and other benefits). Attendees will learn how to evaluate the critical components of salary packages and tips on how to approach an employer with a counter offer or to gracefully decline an employment offer. The workshop includes practice mock negotiation.

Workshop cost: $15 for non-members; FREE for Premiere Members; & $7 for Student (with valid ID)
