On behalf of the National Society of Hispanic MBAs (NSHMBA) – the San Diego Chapter is honored to invite you and a guest to attend the 2015 NSHMBA Annual Leadership Event. This year’s theme isWhat can business learn from government and military leaders?”We are thrilled to welcomeMs. Teresa Ramos, the Executive Director at Commander, Navy Region Southwest who will serve as our guest speaker during dinner. Her 40 years of federal service are a model of achievement and executive leadership at the highest levels. This event offers a unique opportunity for participants to see, hear and experience methods that foster positive working relationships and enable them to better lead a diverse workforce.


The National Society of Hispanic MBAs (NSHMBA) commenced in 1988 with a vision to be THE premier Hispanic business organization for Hispanic business professionals. Dedicated to increasing the number of Hispanics graduating with MBAs, NSHMBA opens doors for Hispanic talent by sourcing leadership positions, securing job placement and enhancing professional development.

Beginning this year, NSHMBA is extending its reach beyond the MBA community to undergraduate college and university students, while continuing to empower Hispanic business professionals to achieve their full educational, economic and social potential.
