Our Commitment:

As a founding partner, we have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our community by reaffirming our commitment to diversity. Providing a forum to cultivate connections within the local business community and leading change to increase diverse business leadership in Greater Milwaukee are our drivers in this endeavor.

Key points of note:

  • Nationally, Hispanics represent   17% of the population and are the fastest growing population in the U.S.
  • However Hispanics are under-represented in leadership positions across the country.
  • In fact, of the 5,488 Fortune 500 boardroom seats, Hispanics hold just 173, or only 3%.
  • Over the past few decades, employee resource groups, also known as affinity groups or employee networks, have evolved from informal social clubs into strategic corporate business partners.
  • Companies are realizing the importance of supporting and leveraging these groups for everything from recruiting and retention efforts to marketing products and services to driving enterprise-level business strategy and results.
  • As leading businesses in the Greater Milwaukee community, we are already committed to ensuring diversity and inclusion in our workplaces through employee resources groups and other strategies.
  • It’s time to take it to the next level by joining together with each other, local businesses with similar commitments to growing the pipelines of diverse talent in their organizations.
