Featured Guest Speaker: Luke Maze Quality Assurance Manager Capital One Luke Maze began his
career in manufacturing, but as factories were being sent overseas, he
jumped-ship into the world of software development. And when *that*
industry was being outsourced, Luke entered the Dot Com craze. When

Concilio, the Hispanic Coalition. At Intel in the 90s, Luke was
co-founder of the Intel Latino Network. In the 2000s, Luke was founder
of DHL’s Arizona Hispanic Network. But at Capital One, in this the
second decade of the new millennium, the Hispanic Network *preceded*
Luke! And he is therefore able to focus on the one area he’s most
passionate about, recruitment of qualified Hispanic candidates into
corporate America, as the Recruiting Lead for the Capital One Hispanic
