Election Guidelines

NSHMBA seeks to ensure a fair and equitable election process for all prospective officers.

CAMPAINING  |  Read Policy
The spirit of this policy is to prevent unsolicited and/or mass e-mailing from occurring using NSHMBA resources, which in this case are the official membership e-mail distribution lists and the @nshmba.org e-mail addresses that officers have access to.

Failure to adhere to the campaigning policy could result in sanctions which include disqualification from election process and/or revocation of voting privileges during this election period.

The primary means for campaigning that is allowed is the optional posting of a bio or platform on the election website. Every Candidate is encouraged to take advantage of this method.
