JUSTIFICATION STATEMENT

Please submit a concise justification statement (not to exceed 3 pages) in a Word document and send to brillante@nshmba.org describing the “sustained extraordinary accomplishments” of the nominee. Explain how the nominee has demonstrated exceptional achievement and made outstanding contributions as a leader in exemplary roles which have resulted in significant positive impact – in line with the NSHMBA’s mission, “to foster Hispanic leadership through graduate management education and professional development in order to improve society” – in the workplace, and community at large.

When writing your justification statement, please refer to the Award Categories page in order to write a competitive & complete statement.

A bio and high-resolution photo (300dpi) must be submitted for the Corporate Executive, Member Service and Entrepreneur Award Nominees. Please refer to the Photo Requirement for submission details.
