BRILLANTE AWARDS FOR EXCELLENCE
The National Society of Hispanic MBAs (NSHMBA) established the Brillante Awards for Excellence in 1989. This is the most prestigious honor granted by the organization, and is given to bright, radiant, and shining leaders whose work and contributions reflect NSHMBA’s mission “to foster Hispanic leadership through graduate management education and professional development in order to improve society.”

As recognition fitting these unique individuals, NSHMBA has commissioned Gini Garcia, a Hispanic glass artist, to create one-of-a-kind hand-blown pieces as the Brillante for Excellence Awards.
