Supporting Diversity Through Thought Leadership

The local chapter of the National Society for Hispanic MBAs will be hosting Executives from the top organizations in San Antonio for an exclusive roundtable dialogue about the importance of diversity stewardship in organizations.

This by-invitation-only event will feature keynote speakers such as Mr. Solomon Trujillo, member of the Board of Directors of Target and former CEO of Telstra Australia, past BoD of PepsiCo and EDS, as well as Mr. Manny Gonzalez, President and CEO of NSHMBA National.

OPEN BOARD POSITIONS

We know there is an abundance of volunteer opportunities available; however, here are a few benefits that you won’t find anywhere else:

  • Be a part of closing the gap between the percentage of Hispanics in the U.S. and the percentage of Hispanics in highly visible leadership roles. Hispanics make up approximately 60% of the population in San Antonio, yet only 7.9% potentially have graduate degrees.
  • Access to leadership and career development opportunities.
  • Practice leadership and management skills.
  • Exposure to a variety of industries, companies and educational programs.
  • Develop lasting relationships and share experiences with a group of like-minded people looking to make an impact on their lives and yours.

Please review the roles and responsibilities below, and RSVP for our board meet and greet happening on February 2nd. Send RSVP to marketing@sanantonio.nshmba.org
