Johnson graduates have honed their leadership skills through participation in our intense Performance Learning environment. The general management curriculum combines classroom learning with practical performance and case-based learning. Johnson graduates have taken part in any number of hands-on, outcomes-focused business training programs: consulting on projects for leading companies; managing our student-run Cayuga MBA fund; funding and consulting with growth businesses and start-ups through our BR Ventures and BR Incubator; developing new  business opportunities that address some of the world's most pressing social and environmental issues.
